Petit Fours

Our gourmet petit fours consist of two layers of either chocolate, cream cheese, or lemon cake separated by fudge, buttercream, or lemon buttercream filling and soaked in a cooked liqueur glaze. They are coated in a fudge, buttercream, or lemon buttercream icing.

They're not really straw-shaped, but that's what Grandmuddie always called them, so we do to! Our cheesestraws are made with real cheddar cheese, butter--never margarine, and the perfect blend of spices. Available in Original, Jalapeno & Extra-Hot (Extra-Hot is a special order).
